760-1418 Sewage

All sewage, including liquid wastes, shall be disposed of in a public sewer or, in the absence thereof, in a manner satisfactory to the Department. 

Another Food addition, but it again brings the question, since there is no special or unusual sewage generated by body arts, such as quantities of  discarded food stuffs, and not different that any other business, what is the inclusion here?
