MoCRA COULD lead to TOTAL CONTROL!

Is it possible to have 2 rights contradictory?
One would have to be ignored.
If MoCRA is allowed and Tattoo is
not granted as a "Carve out" then we have
NO RIGHT
to tattoo with INDELIBLE (Pigment) ink
and can expect Dissenters to be treated "Harshly."

Notice the words: "Permanent Cosmetics"
Cosmetics cannot be permanent by definition.
The FDA could recognizing the exclusion.

What happens to dissenters?

MoCRA CANNOT NULLIFY OUR RIGHT.
Especially since there is
NO HEALTH THREAT.
WHERE ARE THE BODIES?
NO hospitals are inundated with tattoo problems.
Hospitals are doing PM - being taught by tattooists
and prisons are now teaching how to tattoo.

Hospitals are using non-FDA approved normally used
STERILE tattoo equipment and normally used STERILE tattoo ink and STERILE normally used tattoo needles and tubes with no health adverse events.

THE FDA MUST NOT ACT ON MoCRA of 2022.

100s of Millions of Tattoos are proof of safety
proving health is not a legitimate argument.
