Standoff Assembly tips

Standoffs are easily assembled first

The recessed and plain washers are non-conducting
and insulating to prevent the screws, the solder lugs
and the standoffs themselves from touching the frame.

If any metal touches the frame
your machine will short out and not run.

Notice that the solder lug with the wire is not next to the
frame but separated by an insulating plastic washer.
The screw is also held away from the frame by an insulating
washer.
The correct order is:
Screw==Shoulder. Washer==Frame==Sh. Washer==Lug==
and then the Standoff
Recessed or Shoulder Plastic Washers are used,
not regular flat s/s or metal washers.
