Tattoos Linked to Hard-to-Treat Bacterial Infection

NYC experienced 2 infections from one shop caused by mixing ink with tap water, with a different mycobacterium. NYC notified  tattooists to only use Sterile Water, later amended by interpretation as not disallowing other safe and effective diluents.
