Main, Vol and FM press repeatedly to navigate and use to select. Use to change values. Press to select & Return to Main Screen. Voltage Use key to scroll through V1, V2, V3 (Turns Red) Use to change values. FM Screen there is FM (Duty Cycle%) and Hz (Hz is Speed) use to navigate then use to change values. Time Screen has 2 choices: TIME or C/D use to navigate then choose then use only the key as follows:	ELAPSED TIME use to Start, to Pause or Resume timing; Hold for 3 seconds to clear.Use to Return to Main Screen Press to choose C/D (Count Down) Countdown (Time remaining)_Like Chess. Use UP key to set Hours Use Down Key to set minutes. To Count-Down time remaining Press ENTER Key to start counting down. Press ENTER Key to pause.. Press ENTER Key to resume the count down. Hold ENTER for 3 seconds to clear time. Press to return to Main Screen

VOLTAGE MODE Screen displays 3 Voltage Pre-sets: V1 V2 V3. Last Selected shows in Red. Repeatedly press key to move between options V1, V2, V3 Press to change Voltages Press to return to Main Screen or continue Footswitch options:on this page: Momentary or Continuous. To Switch FOOTSWITCH function between Continuous and Momentgary.hold the key down for 3 seconds. The Pedal Icon shows when momentary is on. No Icon is the traditional regular ON/OFF when footswitch is depressed. Press key to return toMain Screen.	.
On Main Screen Press key to move to FM MODE. The FM Screen enables setting Duty Cycle (%) and Hertz (Hz) Press to select (Duty Cycle) "%" or Hz. (Speed) Press "%" is Duty Cycle is the percentage of time in the "ON" part of a cycle. The greater the percentage for machines, the greater the force. Hz is speed, how many cycles per second..	CHOICE to Choose % or Hz. UP and DOWN
